Lower Pigeon River
The Lower Pigeon is an ideal half-day trip for novices, families, and youth groups. There is a guide in each raft on Pigeon trips. A dam controlled river, the Pigeon provides action packed fun throughout the summer. The Lower Pigeon promises 5 miles of Class I and II rapids providing a fun whitewater experience for the whole family. This is a guided trip with a guide in every raft. The Pigeon has scheduled releases and does not operate every day.

| Equipment Furnished: | Raft, paddle, PFD, helmet and paddling jacket if needed. |
| Transportation Provided: | Transportation to and from the Adventure Center in Hartford, TN. |
| Facilities: | Changing rooms and pull chain showers (no towels or soap provided), river store, picnic area, and a volleyball court. Next door is the Dog House Restaurant w/hotdogs & Ice cream. |
