The Ocoee Middle is a perfect half day trip for experts, novices, family groups and recreation clubs. Rapids like Vegematic, Double Trouble, and Tablesaw mean continuous excitement as you paddle under the instruction of a guide. And as a dam controlled river, water levels on the Ocoee remain high all summer. Be sure to try our Wildwater Deli Restaurant at the Ocoee Rafting Center. Minimum Age: 12 years
Intensity Level: Exciting but not strenuous. No previous whitewater experience needed.
Trip Length: Approximately 3 1/2 hours (2 hours on the river)
Meals: Be sure to try our deli-deck restaurant at the rafting center.
Equipment Furnished: Raft, paddle, PFD, helmet, and paddling jacket if needed.
Transportation Provided: To and from the river from our Rafting Center in Ducktown, Tennessee.
Facilities: Changing rooms and showers, deck restaurant, store, picnic area.
