Situated on the Wildwater Chattooga Adventure Center property, these cottages are convenient for Guests who are rafting the river or going on the Chattooga Ridge Canopy Tour. The trips can convene early in the morning so staying on property allows you to sleep in just a bit longer. Recently refurbished, these cottages are redecorated ad influenced by French County style. If you are looking for a cabin with all the amenities of home try out our new Jawbone Cabin. Located within walking distance of the Wildwater Chattooga Adventure Center, this timber frame cabin has 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and a loft with 2 single beds. Perfect for 3 couples or multiple families with kids, Jawbone Cabin offers a full kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances & granite counters, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with Direct TV, covered outdoor deck, covered front porch and patio with outdoor grill. All linens included.

Chattooga Group Yurts, Upcountry SC/Chattooga
Wildwater's group yurts are a convenient place for groups to stay when you visit the Chattooga. Nestled on the edge of the woods, overlooking the Wildwater pond and steps away from the Wildwater Chattooga Adventure Center, our yurts sleep up to 34 within 5 yurts. The yurts sleep 10, 8, 6, 6, & 4 and have bunkbeds with mattresses for sleeping, small tables & chairs, large outside decks, power, lights, and small heaters. No sheets, pillows or blankets are provided. There is a multi-purpose building with 6 individual bathrooms with private showers, toilet & sink as well as 2 additional toilets & sinks. No towels are provided. The multi-purpose building also has a full indoor kitchen, screened dining room, and outside grill & table. Yurts can be booked for one or more groups or families at the same time, so some sharing of the kitchen facilities will be required.Chattooga Group Yurts

As one of just three North Carolina properties selected from a field of over 600 properties nationwide, Falling Waters Resort is in good company. Other properties chosen were the Greyfield Inn on Cumberland Island GA, The Inn at Middleton Place in historic Charleston SC and the Greenbriar Resort, West Virginia. The properties on this list were selected primarily for their sense of place, location-inspired architecture, ambience, and amenities, eco-stewardship and an ethic of giving back to the community.
Established in 1998, the Falling Waters Resort has 8 Yurts and a Group Lodge with 6 rooms and a kitchen. The Yurts include amenities such as ceiling fans, small refrigerators and coffee makers. The three-season Adventure Resort is situated on 22 acres overlooking Fontana Lake and the old Buckner homestead. The Adventure Resort is close to zipline canopy tours, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park as well as traditional vacation hotbeds as Asheville and Cherokee, NC.
