Falling Waters Yurt Village

INFORMATION:  The Yurts are located in a wooded setting a short walk from your car and bathroom. They sleep four, in a 16' round room with an outdoor deck. Private tiled bathrooms are provided in the separate bathhouse. Spectacular views and walking trails are at your doorstep. Managed by Wildwater Ltd. NO SMOKING OR PETS IN ANY UNITS!

*Pets and smoking are NOT permitted. A special cleaning fee of $100 will be imposed if we suspect smoking or find a pet has been in the yurt.

LOCATION:  The entrance to Falling Waters is at the north end of the Nantahala Gorge, across Highway 19 from Wildwater Ltd.'s Nantahala Rafting Center. You can reach the rafting center locally at 828-488-2384.

YURT CHECK IN:  Please stop at Wildwater Ltd.'s Rafting Center and check in at the front desk. After hours there will be a Self-Registration Box at the rafting center. Please leave the room and common areas neat and clean.

If you are not staying another night in the Yurt, please check out before your day's activities. Thanks!

CANCELLATION POLICY
•Reservations cancelled at least fourteen (14) days in advance will receive a full refund less $10 reservation fee.
•Reservations cancelled at least seven (7) days in advance will receive a refund of money paid less deposit equal to $10 per person for half day trips and $20 per person for full day trips.
•Reservations cancelled less than seven (7) days in advance are ineligible for refund.
•For any consideration of a refund, reservations should be cancelled in advance.
•Request for date transfer are treated like cancellations and may entail a loss of deposit.
•MC/Visa Payment: Reservations must be cancelled by the close of the next business day after credit card is given to receive full credit less one $10 fee if cancelling the entire
reservation.
•NO SHOWS on day of the trip will receive NO REFUND.
•An exception form may be filled out for requests for refund due to special circumstances.

Lodging Policy:
•Reservations cancelled 7 days or more in advance of your stay will receive a full refund except one $10 fee.
•Reservations cancelled the day before will receive a voucher (rain check) for a future stay.
•Reservations cancelle the day of your stay will receive NO REFUND, but may fill out a "Request for an Exception" form.

WILDWATER LTD. CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Wildwater Lodging and Falling Waters
· All cancellations are subject to a minimum $10 processing fee.
· Full refund for reservations cancelled 7 days in advance less $10 processing fee.
· Reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance are ineligible for a cash refund. Vouchers for a future stay are available when reservations are cancelled at least a day in advance. Voucher requests must be accompanied by an exception form and are handled through the reservation office.

DIRECTIONS TO WILDWATER CHECK-IN

FOR FALLING WATERS ADVENTURE RESORT

· From Murphy, NC - Follow Hwy 19 North past the Nantahala River. The Wildwater Ltd. Nantahala Rafting Center is on Hwy 19, five minutes past the take-out on your right.
· From Bryson City, NC - Take the Great Smoky Mountain Expressway (19/74) until US 19 South turns to the left, stay on 19 South towards Murphy, NC. The Wildwater Ltd. Nantahala Rafting Center will be on the left, approximately 1.8 miles from the junction.
· From Franklin, NC - 1 Hour Mountain Driving. Take 28 North to US 19/74, turn left onto 19/74. When highway splits, bear left on 19/74 South. The Wildwater Ltd. Nantahala Rafting Center will be on your left, approximately 1.8 miles from the junction.
or: (straighter roads, but more miles) Take 441 North to Dillsboro, pick up US 19/74 West/South toward Bryson City. Stay on 19/74. When it turns left toward Murphy, NC the Wildwater Ltd. Nantahala Rafting Center will be on the left approximately 1.8 miles from the junction.
