Falling Waters Adventure Resort is located on 22 mountain acres with a waterfall, trails and scenic vistas. A multitude of activities including rafting, Nantahala Gorge Canopy Tours, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and gem mining are available in the area. Or, if you enjoy relaxing, we have just the setting to enjoy the outdoors.

The Falling Waters Group Barn is a bunkhouse designed for groups of 8-44 people. Six heated rooms each have their own bathroom and shower. Each bunk has its own light and fan. A group dining or meeting area is located downstairs in the barn and a separate kitchen is available for rent. Activities are located nearby to keep your group busy for days. Great for school groups, family reunions, church groups or any other group that is looking for quiet getaway.

NO SMOKING OR PETS IN ANY UNITS! There will be a $100 fee for smoking or pets.

2012 Rates:

Friday & Saturday   $69.00 + 10.75% tax (1-8 people per room)
Sunday- Thursday $59.00 + 10.75% tax (1-8 people per room)

 

Kitchen is $29 per night + tax
